Flavour is about taste & nutrition. We offer delicious freshly made food, but what makes us different from the rest is that we develop our recipes with a dietician to ensure that we pack in as much fruit & vegetable as possible & try to minimise bad fats, added sugar and salt. We also provide you with as much information as possible about the food we sell, from nutritional information to a full ingredients listing. This we feel is a rarity in the fast food market where so much information is kept from customers.
We have products to cater for all needs, like low GI, gluten and dairy-free, or vegetarian. We use Low GI bread for our sandwiches and as much organic produce as possible.
From organic coffee and croissants to spicy meatballs and Yam Yai salad we have an inspiring menu to keep you going from dawn till dusk, much of it is made in our busy kitchen above our Soho shop.
Eat in or take-away we are located at 20 Brewer Street.
