Ad Description.
We are looking for a young professional, the room is available from the 7th of December.
Viewing possible up on request any day.
The house is modern, done up to a very high standard, with wooden floors, sky+ flat screen Tv, Large living room, Large Kitchen with all modern cons. and Large Dining room, we have there bathrooms for the whole house so you need to share a bathroom only with one other person. we also have a patio garden which is nice in summers, and a garage that we use for Storage. the house is always tidy and we have a cleaner coming round once a week.
Location is great we are on Highbury Fields, so you have the use of tennis or football courts across the road there is a beautiful church, and a few very exquisite local shops (butchers, cheese shop, Italian food shop, etc.) the Transport is good, bus 19 and 4 stop is a minute away, these get you in to city and west end. Tube stop is Highbury and Islington and that is a few minutes walk through a Park. Angel Upper Street is a few minutes walk through the park as well or you can take any of the busses.
We are a very easy going friendly house total of three rooms and currently we have Jan working for Accenture and Dimitij (working part time and doing a masters in CASS).
the house is defiantly worth having a look at. the price is 185pw exc. bills. Deposit 500. (pls no couples) sorry currently only one pic but will try take some more
