The Foundation for Conductive Education is looking for new recruits to put through their paces with push-ups, squats, running, sprint drills and squad challenges for a 2 hour military-style work-out.
We would like to invite you, your friends, family and colleagues to join our Red Boot Camp on Sunday 18th January at Cannon Hill Park. Whether you’re looking to kick-start the year with a new exercise regime, already are a fitness fanatic or just looking to join in a fantastic event, this is tailored to suit all abilities and fitness levels.
The Foundation for Conductive Education is a local charity that supports children and adults with motor disorders through the teaching of Conductive Education. Our aim is to teach these individuals how to improve motor skills and function to overcome their movement difficulties and live more independent and fulfilled lives.
