Especially interesting to rent during the music festival ‘Exit’ – the best festival on the Continent (UK Festival Awards 2007) 10-13/07/2008 http://www.exitfest.org/
Or for tourist who desire to visit the shores of the Danube river (10 minutes from the house), the Vauban fortress built in the 17th century, or some villages in the region (a way of life unchanged since 50 years), the capital city of Belgrade (80 km of distance), or the mountain of Fruska Gora.
The house is in a quite neighborhood, it has three rooms. One room with double bed, the second room with two separated beds, and the third with six beds. Two bathrooms with WC & shower each. Towels, pillows, blankets, bed sheets included.
Electrical water heather for tee or coffee, a fridge. A garden. A closed parking.
In the near (at the corner of the street) a bakery with local breakfast products, and a small store (the next block, about 2 minutes from the house).
A cook is available (70 year old women, preparing only traditional meals on the traditional way of cocking) who could prepare on your demand some local specialty (charged as extra f.i. about 12 Euro a complete meal for 4 persons…) from the Serbian or Hungarian cuisine.
The price is 10 Euro/ night/ person.
