About Holistic Coaching
Holistic Coaching is a safe, gentle and effective programme that’s suitable for all the family.
It can help boost confidence, motivation, the ability to relax and complements the expertise received from your Trainers, Music Tutors, Advisors and Managers.
It may also help prevent illness by increasing the skills required to effectively manage stress and pressure alongside increasing your stamina and energy levels.
Holistic Coaching sessions are ideal for those seeking music, artist, talent, personal or professional development, as they support both the improvement of income and wellbeing alongside performance.
Location
At various venues – including The Wigmore Hall, Wigmore Street, Mayfair, Sensible Music, Camden and The Helios Centre, Kings X, London.
About Flora Finch, BA AMAC
Flora Finch is a fully insured member of the Association for Coaching who practises according to its professional codes of conduct and ethics.
Qualified with Certificates in Coaching, Stress Management and Business Administration, a Diploma in Basic Management and Degree in Music Performance - Flora is also a Musician, Talent Agent, Researcher and Writer. The research (conducted for over a decade) supports her work as a Holistic Coach, Tutor and Trainer alongside her studies about the relationship between Music, Mood, Motivation and Wellbeing. Flora also designs tailor-made courses, is CRB checked and a member of The Musicians Union.
Services Available
Flora works both alone and with a team. She is also available: to teach a) beginner violin and voice b) Music Performance; for Session Work; to promote talent; to provide feedback on recordings; to provide typing service (CVs and Cover Letters) and occasionally provide subsidised services for those on low income.

We are currently writing songs for consideration by a multi-platinum artist and record label boss.
