Metamorphic technique sessions:
People come for sessions when they are ready to let go of old ways of being and move forward in their lives.This may bring about a change in the way they have been living or being in the world. It may manifest as a physical healing or new and unexpressed parts of the self coming to life.
Sessions involve a gentle touch on the feet, head and hands. It is a relaxing experience. There is no need to discuss issues or problems.
Home visits are available.
Reflexology sessions:
Reflexology is a complementary therapy which uses gentle pressure on the feet to increase health and wellness in the whole being.
Whilst it has been found to be extremely effective in dealing with individual symptoms like :
back pain
migraine
infertility
hormonal imbalance
poor circulation
insomnia
poor organ function
stress related conditions
digestive problems
fatigue and nervous disorders
it also encourages the person's innate ability to find balance and activate their natural self-healing mechanism
