London > house-swap > 2 bed flat in exchange for another 2 bed, looking to move out of london, preferably the south somewhere

I have a huge 2 double bedroom flat in west london, notting hill area, ( notting hill carnival ), I live in a tower block on 13th floor which shouldnt put you off as have lived here for almost 10 years.
My flat as I said is huge, brand new carpets throughout and newly decorated too, huge balcony, separate bathroom and toilet though you could knock wall down to make larger, lots of cupboard space, bedroom 1 has fitted wardrobe with extra cupboard space at top, both big sizes. lovely neighbours, 2 communal parks on our estate of which weather like this alot of residents get the barbecues out. We have a tennis court, horse riding stables and climbing centre at back of block.Westway sports centre and also they do alot of filming around there too.
Places Im looking for, well any area considered but would prefer out of london, also need to come down from 13th floor because of disabled son. preferably 2nd floor or under.
