Hi there,
first let me introduce myself my name is Dee,I'm one of the many main instructors at Solo Ma,Im also the Dierector of SOLO Martial Arts.
I have obtained the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt with in Solo System gaining Knowledge in variouse skills, in such arts as Kickboxing, Boxing, Karate, Grappling, Filipino, kali/Arnis and Judo.We are a registered academy and trade marked,we run academys all over the north east,and at moment expanding.
SOLO MARTIAL ARTS belives that we all should build upon self-defence,conferdence and self esteam.
We teach all ages from 3 years and up, with different programs to suit You, with built in fun, fitness drills,games for our younger members and much more,with added educational life skills and development for chrildren.
We also do woman only classess self-defence and fitness classess on a wedsenday,with female instructors,at our full time headquarters in Gosforth.
We teach:
Pre- School "little Ninjas" aged (3-5yrs)
Junior Martial Arts (6- 12yrs)
Adults (13 yrs+)
Variouse times avaible to meet your busy scedules.
Different locations avaible.
