All bills are included in the price of 93 pounds per week, which makes it 400 pounds per month ( 93 x 52) divided by 12 months. Electricity , Gas , Water and TV licence are all included. In addition , you will have free wireless broadband( virgin).
Bathroom - with shower and bathtub,clean and well kept
Kitchen - Shared all appliances.( cooker, 2 fridges, freezer , microwave,toaster, etc)

central heating available in the house
For extra storage space, there is a rear garage in the garden
